I’m friends with some of the best wedding photographers in Southeast Asia, which makes it easy to find someone to shoot with when I need a second photographer. For Sally and James’ intimate family celebration at the Aleenta Pranburi Resort and Spa, I was able to team up with Hua Hin wedding photographer Aidan Dockery.
I love documenting small weddings like this. The focus is on small moments between close family and friends. Sally and James were wonderful to spend the day with, allowing Aidan and I to feel like we were a part of the celebration.
HUA HIN WEDDING
I love being a Hua Hin wedding photographer. Its got a slightly more low-key vibe than, say, Phuket. Sally and James chose Hua Hin because of its close proximity to Bangkok, and also because it can feel a bit more authentic than the much busier Phuket and Koh Samui.
Hua Hin offers all the things you’d want in a Southeast Asia destination wedding: miles of beach and coastline, amazing food, and world class resorts. This makes it a great choice for a Thailand celebration, without the added flights needed to get to the islands.
